Preparing proposals has always been a burden for companies. Companies must respond to all offers, whether they are likely to be approved or not. As a matter of fact, you cannot know which proposals will be approved or not. Preparing even a few offers a day can take hours.

Bizim Offer is the most advanced proposal preparation project, regardless of sector. Nowadays, there are quote modules in many accounting programs. In general, they are modules with a simple structure. Bizim bid offers this project, prepared in line with the needs and problems of the companies, free of charge. If you become a member, you can add your products or services from your company's panel, prepare offers, view approved or unapproved ones, review the movements of all your sales representatives as an administrator account, and enter special discounts and exchange rates.

ADMINISTRATION PANEL INTRODUCTION Now let's talk briefly about our management panel. In order for us to keep a record of your offers and products, you must first register in the register section. You can register with a simple registration form.


After completing your registration, you can log in to the system. When you log in to the system, you will be greeted by the offer screen. You can start creating your offers from this screen that appears.


You can add your customer records or products/services before proceeding with the offer creation process. Via the My Account menu at the top of your login screen; You can access areas such as sub-users, offers, products, customers, contracts, profile and settings. To briefly mention these areas;

Users: You can manage your existing users here or manage your sub-users (sales people) from this area. The sub-users you create cannot reach each other's offers and customers, but as an administrator, you can access the screens of all users.

Offers: This is the area where you will create a new offer or where you can view or edit the offers you have previously created. Since it is a frequently used area, you can also access this area on the login screen.

Products: In this area, you can add all the products or services you want to register in the system. There are no limitations. You can enter as many products or services as you want. In this way, you will not need to enter the products again and again for each offer. Only your users can see the products or services you add.

Customers: You can add your customers from this area and thus ensure that customer information comes automatically.

Contracts: You can enter or edit the contract terms that will appear on the last page of your offer form here. You can also enter this information on the screen where you create the offer.

Profile: This is the area where you can enter or edit your company information. This field is automatically filled with the information you entered when registering in our system. If you wish, you can enter and make edits here.

Settings: If you want to add your own corporate covers to the offer you create, you can add them from this area. Since the project and company information on the cover is automatically added by the system, we recommend that you only use the A4 size image.



CREATING A QUOTE
The offer creation page has been prepared with ease of use in mind. Let's briefly introduce the form on our page;

Project/Company Information
Project Name/Subject: This is the field where the name of the project will be entered. It will also appear automatically on the cover section.

Company Name: If you have registered the customer for whom you have prepared the offer before, you can select them from the pop-up form, if not, you can add them from the "+" section. The customer you add from this field will be automatically registered in your customer panel.

Customer Name: This is the authorized name of the company to which you will send the offer. This field cannot be registered.

Proposal Prepared by: The name and surname of the person who prepared the proposal.

Offer Date: The date on which the offer will be sent or prepared.

Validity Date: This is the field where the validity date of the offer will be entered. We recommend that you enter the date so that there is no return or you can check it later. In this way, you can reach your non-return customers again.






Products
Product Name: If it is a product that you have previously added in the products section, you can select it from the drop-down list when you start typing the product name.

Product Code: If it is a product that you have previously added in the products section, you can select it from the drop-down list when you start typing the product code.

Explanation: If it is a registered product, it will come with automatic features. If you want to add or edit an instant item, you can edit it here

Product Image: If the product or service you will add is an item that has not been added before, you can add or delete its image here.

Price: You can enter the price of the product or service in this field. Even if the price has been entered in the products section before, edits regarding the price can be made in this field.



Pricing
This is the area where the added product list and prices appear. Here you can enter special prices for your products and adjust the exchange rate arrangements specifically for the offer.



Delivery and Payment
This is the field where the delivery time and payment method will be entered. Since it is a text field, it must be entered manually for each offer.



Delivery Conditions
Contracts in the "my account - contracts" field appear in this area. This is the area where you will specify the conditions of your offer.



EDITING AN OFFER
You can print, review, revise or delete the offers you have created as a pdf from the "My Account - Offers" section.



USER EDIT
You can add and edit the sub-users you will create from this area.




ADDING A CUSTOMER
You can add your customers from this area or update the company information you added at the time of the offer.




ADDING PRODUCT / SERVICE
By adding your unlimited products and services from this area, you can avoid the trouble of entering product information each time.





CONTRACTS
You can add and edit the conditions at the end of the offers from this area.




PROFILE
You can update your company information from this area.




SETTINGS
If you are not satisfied with the ready-made cover photos offered by the system, you can add your own offer cover photo from this area.
